Procedures for Securing The $500 Grant from the Soulard Special Business District for 2026 National Night Out
By 11 PM on Sunday, 9/20/26, you will need to register your event with the City of St. Louis at: https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/departments/public-safety/neighborhood-stabilization-office/national-night-out/nno.cfm
Email Luke Reynolds, Chairman of the Soulard Special Business District (SSBD) at chairman@soulard-sbd.org with proof of your NNO registration from the City (this can be either a permit or an acknowledgement email), and provide the address to which the $500 grant check should be mailed (alternatively, you can coordinate in-person check pick-up at Molly’s).
You will receive the check prior to your NNO event and the $500 funds can be used for anything that directly supports your NNO party activities (including food, beverages, entertainment, equipment rental, etc.). Please take legible photos of your receipts, as these will need to be submitted to the SSBD following the event.

Within 7 days following the NNO event (by October 13), please email photographs and receipts to info@soulard-sbd.org, identifying which NNO event this is. In addition to serving as completion of the grant process, these photos may also be used by SSBD communications / social media.
